Bio

Born and raised in Lake Chapala, to a Southern California Mother and a Mexican Father, Centeya is 100% fluent in English and Spanish. She is very knowledgeable about the area and its real estate trends. 
After graduating with a business and economics background, her Real Estate journey began in Bal Harbour, Miami, Florida in 2006, having worked for the Related Group of Florida during the pre-construction sales of St. Regis, Bal Harbour. In 2008 she returned to Lake Chapala and worked with Lloyd Real Estate for 4 years in helping many Foreigners and Nationals relocate to the area, guiding them in finding their dream home, and overseeing the construction of many of her clients' homes. 
In 2012, Centeya took a long vacation from Real Estate and traveled across the United States and India. In 2017, she decided she was ready to return to her roots and continue her career in Real Estate Investment properties.
In closing, my experience in pre-construction, general real estate, rentals, property management, and hospitality, lends itself to offering top-of-the-line assistance to exceed the expectations of those who require quality service.
 
 
Nacido y criado en el lago Chapala, de madre del sur de California y padre mexicano, Centeya habla 100% inglés y español con fluidez. Conoce muy bien la zona y sus tendencias inmobiliarias.
Después de graduarse con experiencia en negocios y economía, su viaje en bienes raíces comenzó en Bal Harbour, Miami, Florida en 2006, después de haber trabajado para Related Group of Florida durante las ventas previas a la construcción de St. Regis, Bal Harbour. En 2008 regresó a Lake Chapala y trabajó con Lloyd Real Estate durante 4 años ayudando a muchos extranjeros y nacionales a mudarse al área, guiándolos en la búsqueda de la casa de sus sueños y supervisando la construcción de muchas de las casas de sus clientes.
En 2012, Centeya se tomó unas largas vacaciones del sector inmobiliario y viajó por Estados Unidos y la India. En 2017, decidió que estaba lista para regresar a sus raíces y continuar su carrera en propiedades de inversión inmobiliaria.
Para terminar, mi experiencia en preconstrucción, bienes raíces en general, alquileres, administración de propiedades y hotelería se presta a ofrecer asistencia de primer nivel para superar las expectativas de quienes requieren un servicio de calidad.
