My goal is to sell or find the best property and make the process as smooth as possible, I have the leverage to make things happen; I ensure that transactions are legally in order, tax strategies are properly planned, and properties are priced correctly, among other key aspects.
My career has taken me from working in the trust department at Citi-Banamex, dealing with “fideicomisos" (trusts), to practicing as an attorney in Mexico City. I have also spent many years living abroad in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Paris, The Hague (Netherlands), Brussels and Bruges (Belgium), and Valencia (Spain). I have returned to live in Ajijic, where I spent wonderful times during my childhood and early adulthood at my family estate, that is why I have a very good knowledge of the area.
I have extensive experience working with different cultures and addressing various issues. I speak fluent Spanish, French, and English, as well as basic Italian and German. I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with your commercial, legal, and financial real estate needs.

Además he trabajado y vivido en Nueva York, Los Ángeles, París, La Haya en Países Bajos, Bruselas y Brujas en Bélgica y Valencia en España. Desde hace unos años radico en Ajijic, lugar maravilloso donde pasé increíbles temporadas durante mi infancia y adolescencia en la finca familiar, por lo que tengo un amplio conocimiento del área.
Como abogado y agente inmobiliario soy miembro de la National Association of Realtors (NAR) en Estados Unidos con Certificación Internacional como Especialista en Propiedades (CIPS), Certificación en Negocios Inmobiliairios en España, certificado en Asosroría en comercialización de bienes inmuebles en zonas turísticas, además de ser miembro de AMPI, Cámara de Comercio de Guadalajara, así como profesor del programa de certificación en Ciudad de México.
